2026 Member Open Enrollment
If your Open Enrollment is in January, you will get your packet in October 2025. The enrollment period lasts until March 5, 2026. If your Open Enrollment is later, you will get your packet in the following months. The packet will tell you which Managed Care Organization (MCO) you are enrolled in. You can stay with your current MCO or choose a new one. To change, return the form in your packet, call 1-866-305-5147, or enroll online.

Things to Know
- List Your Providers: Write down your doctors, hospital, pharmacy, in-home service providers and any other providers you visit.
- Check Your Plan: Make sure your providers are part of the plan you choose.
- Stay Eligible: You must stay eligible to keep your plan each month.
- Change Your Plan: You can change your plan once a year. You will be informed when you can make a change.
